Heston

As a lover of food and passionate food photographer, it was a privilege to spend a day shooting and listening to Heston Blumenthal discuss his playful and provocative approach to contemporary cuisine and the running of his 3 Star Michelin restaurant, The Fat Duck, in England. His enthusiasm for both the science and art of food and cooking was quite infectious.
